What happens after payment
- Premium renews automatically each billing cycle.
- Public prices and invoices are issued without separately stated VAT under Section 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
- GoOverlay upgrades the account that started checkout after payment is confirmed.
- Premium checkout always uses the live Stripe price shown above.
- You can cancel before the next renewal date if you want billing to stop there.
- A mid-period cancellation stays active until the end of the already-paid period and does not end access immediately.
- If Premium later ends, workspaces beyond the free limit stay stored in read-only mode until a new eligible plan is selected.
Pricing is enforced on the server, not by browser-side plan changes. The live checkout price is determined server-side.
