Cookie Policy

This Cookie and Storage Policy explains the browser storage and device-access technologies used by GoOverlay.

Version 2026-04-eu. GoOverlay uses only essential storage by default. Non-essential technologies require a separate consent flow before activation.

Essential storage

GoOverlay uses storage and device-access mechanisms only where they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user, including authenticated sessions, workspace selection, theme preferences, and checkout return continuity.

Essential storage is used only where needed to transmit communications or provide the expressly requested digital service in line with Section 25(2) TDDDG.

Typical operational purposes

Operational storage may be used to keep users signed in, restore the selected workspace, preserve interface preferences, and connect the browser to the correct return path after login or checkout.

If essential storage is blocked by the browser or deleted during an active session, some parts of the service may stop working correctly or require the user to sign in again.

Optional analytics and marketing

GoOverlay does not activate non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing storage by default.

Google Analytics may be activated on the public website only after the visitor gives consent through the dedicated consent prompt.

The authenticated app area and viewer routes are excluded from that analytics activation path.

If consent is later withdrawn, future browser-side analytics tracking from that browser is stopped for subsequent page activity.

Managing browser settings

Users can control or delete browser storage through their browser settings. However, blocking essential storage can impair authentication, workspace continuity, and other requested functions of the service.
