Withdrawal
For consumer withdrawal instructions and the full-refund policy, see the Terms and /withdraw. Registered users can use Support with category Withdraw from contract; the link below preselects it and requires sign-in.
Support records the declaration before acknowledging it and immediately requests that renewal stop for the identified linked subscription. Confirmed or pending Stripe status is shown separately. Refunds are assessed and issued manually. If automation is unavailable, the saved declaration and statutory deadlines remain effective and the team must resolve renewal promptly.
You can instead email info@gooverlay.com from your own email client, or send a postal declaration to the provider address. Suggested subject: Withdrawal — account email or ID. Identify the relevant contract; no exact subject or reason is required. Email declarations are handled manually and do not automatically stop Stripe renewal. A valid withdrawal has its statutory effects regardless of channel.
